The Role

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Marine Environmental Biologist will be responsible for delivering SIMCorp's core marine services. These include marine habitat surveys; seabed compliance monitoring; ocean current profiling; depositional modelling; side scan sonar; bathymetric surveys and seafloor habitat mapping.

SIMCorp is recognized as a leading expert in marine habitat surveys, environmental monitoring, and management, particularly within Atlantic Canada's aquaculture sector. This role plays a key part in maintaining that reputation through accurate, reliable, and compliant scientific and laboratory operations.
